"Live chat was kind of a letdown"
I hopped on live chat expecting a quick answer, but I ended up waiting way longer than I thought. When someone finally replied, the answers were basic and didn’t really solve much, so I had to figure most of it out on my own. i was annoyed at first... but whatever, I got it done in the end...

"Importing and exporting was easy"
Got my contacts imported without much trouble, and exporting reports was simple too. Saved me some time and I haven’t run into any weird errors so far, so that’s been nice

"Felt totally left in the dark trying to get verified"
I couldn’t even get my account verified. The setup process was way more frustrating than it needed to be, and I never really knew what was going on or what I was supposed to do next. It felt like I was just stuck waiting with no clear updates or help.

"Super easy to manage payments and credits"
I’ve been using Textmagic mostly to send quick SMS updates, the payment side has been really easy to deal with. Whenever I need to add credit, it only takes a minute, and I can quickly find my invoices when I need them. I also like that I can see exactly where the credit went, so I’m not left guessing. So far, there haven’t been any weird payment surprises, which I really appreciate.

"Delivery status feels kinda unreliable"
Textmagic is easy to use overall, so no big complaints there. But the delivery status thing has been frustrating tbh. I’ve had messages show as delivered, then the customer tells me they never got anything. Other times it just sits on pending for way too long, so I’m left guessing what actually happened. Support was fine, not bad, but I still don’t really trust the tracking much.

"The dashboard works, but it feels a little frustrating"
It does what it’s supposed to do, but using the dashboard just feels a bit clunky to me. I found myself getting mildly frustrated because things don’t feel as smooth or intuitive as I expected. It’s not a dealbreaker, but I’d enjoy using it a lot more if the layout and navigation felt easier...

"I had an issue with my account and..."
I had an issue with my account and needed help quickly, but support took forever to get back to me. I did eventually get a reply, and to be fair it wasn’t a bad response, but then it went quiet again. So it kind of helped, but also didn’t really help when I needed it the same day. I’d probably still use the service for casual stuff, but definitely not for anything urgent.

"Couldn’t get the local number I actually needed"
I signed up because I needed a local number for my area, and of course they didn’t have one available. The number options were super limited and basically useless for my customers. Support was fine enough, but they pretty much just told me there was nothing they could do, which was frustrating. Felt like I wasted my time setting everything up for nothing. Not worth it for me, total nonsense from these clowns.

"Email to SMS works, but support feels a bit impersonal"
I’ve been using Textmagic mainly to send SMS from my email, and for the most part, it does what I need. Getting it set up wasn’t too painful, and most of my messages go through without any drama.
That said, tracking replies can get a little messy, and I’ve had a few messages take longer than I expected. When something comes up, the experience can feel a bit like you’re just a ticket number instead of an actual customer. It’s fine for basic use, but I wouldn’t call it completely dependable if timing and clarity are really important.

"Fast delivery, just not something I’d rely on blindly"
Textmagic has been working well for me so far. Most of the messages I’ve sent seem to go through really quickly, usually within a few seconds, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

There were maybe one or two times where it felt a little slower than usual, but nothing that caused a major issue. I still keep an eye on delivery and wouldn’t just assume everything is perfect without checking, especially for anything important.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the speed is genuinely good, just not 100% flawless every single time. Overall, I’m happy with it, but I like to stay cautious.

"They did end up fixing my issue..."
They did end up fixing my issue, which I appreciated, but the replies took around longer than I expected and were a bit confusing at times.

"I don’t get why managing Sender IDs has..."
I don’t get why managing Sender IDs has to be this difficult. It feels like it never works the way it’s supposed to, and every time I try to fix or update something, it turns into a hassle. Such a frustrating experience.

"Usually fine, but I remember a few misses"
From what I remember, most of my messages went through without any trouble, so it’s not bad overall. But there were definitely a few times where messages showed up late, and a couple that I don’t think ever arrived at all. Support said it can depend on the networks, which makes sense, but it’s still frustrating when you’re expecting something to go through right away.

"TextMagic is easy enough to use, easy..."
TextMagic is easy enough to use, easy enough, but I did have to poke around a bit to find a few things. Overall it works fine and gets the job done, but a couple parts could definitely be smoother.

"Message templates were really a pain"
I tried using textmagic mainly for the message templates, and it was really frustrating. Editing and saving them felt clunky, and I kept having to fix the same things over and over. Support didn’t really make it any clearer for me either. Just didn’t feel worth the hassle

"Works for bulk texts, but it creates a bit more work than I expected"
TextMagic is okay for sending bulk messages, and it generally gets the job done. That said, delivery can feel a little slow sometimes, and the interface isn’t as smooth as I’d like. I’ve had to spend extra time clicking around or double-checking things, which gets annoying when I’m just trying to send messages quickly. Pricing is decent, but not exactly cheap. Overall, it works, but I expected it to be a little easier and less of a hassle.

"I was using Textmagic mostly to send..."
I was using Textmagic mostly to send international texts, and it was frustrating. Some messages went through fine, but in certain countries they were delayed or just never showed up at all, which made it hard to rely on it for anything important.
Support was polite, but they basically said delivery depends on local networks and didn’t really offer a real solution. I get that some things are outside their control, but given what I paid, I expected better reliability or at least some kind of credit or compensation for the messages that didn’t deliver. It might be okay for local texting, but I wouldn’t count on it for global coverage.

"Felt kinda uneasy about my data"
I don’t know, the privacy stuff just wasn’t very clear to me. I wasn’t really sure what was happening with my data, so it didn’t feel all that safe.

"Decent texting tool, just a little tiring to deal with"
Textmagic gets the job done for sending messages, and I do like the personalization fields. Being able to drop in customer names and details saves a bit of time, especially when you’re already juggling a bunch of other service tools.
That said, the setup feels kind of dated and a few things weren’t obvious right away, which was frustrating when I just wanted it to work without another learning curve. The pricing also crept up faster than I expected. It’s not a bad tool at all, but I’m a little worn out by services that are fine, just clunkier than they need to be
